Thank You Lord for seeing me through another year. This year has been very eventful filled with good as well as sad times. Yet You have been my comfort and help. Even today You have blessed me with a free trip to work via a kind bus driver. Truly I am thankful. Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised!

Day 85

Thank You Lord for Your healing touch, for Your transforming hand and for Your restoring embrace. Truly You have healed me and will continue to do so for I trust in You. Every organ, tissue and cell of my body functions in the perfection that You have made them to function.

Day 84

Thank You for Your help in my life. Thank You for Your wonderful works for all of humanity. Thank You for Your marvellous love and grace shown to all who would call upon Your Name.

Day 83

Thank You Lord for an enjoyable trip to Kyushu. The weather though cold was an interesting experience especially with freshly fallen snow. Thank You for safety and for guiding us when we took the wrong turn at the Hakata City Complex.

Day 82

Praise the Lord for helpful personnel at the High Com today. Bless You Lord for the favour You provide for my daughter and I. Thank You.

Day 81

God is good and His promises are true. He is faithful and He keeps His Word. Thank You Lord that I can trust Your unchanging, unending, unmerited love for me.

Day Eighty

Thank You Lord for Christmas - the time to remember Your divine birth and incarnation.
Thank You for coming that first advent. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!

Day 79

Thank You Lord that You work all things for good even through trials and tribulations. Yes as long as I continue in faith and trust, ALL things will work out for good and for Your Glory and Purpose! Hallelujah!

Tough and pressuring time today. But thank You Lord that You enable with strength and grace and most of all, Your peace.

Day 77

Thank You Lord for this day that You have made. I rejoice in Your goodness and love today.

Day 76

Thank You Dear Heavenly Father for giving me health each day. Every organ, tissue and cell of my body functions in the perfection that You have made it to function. Thank You Dear Lord Jesus for providing healing when the need arises. I speak Your healing obtained through the Cross over every part of my body. Thank You Dear Holy Spirit for making my body whole. Hence I walk in newness of life each day. Amen and amen!

Day 75

Thank You Lord for saving me. You led me to read Your Good News and prompted me to believe. You convicted me of my sins and of my need. You showed me You were ready to forgive and to give me a new life. Thank You for seeking me and finding me when I was lost. Thank You!

Day 74

Thank You Dear God that You do not deal with me as I deserved. Your unconditional love and acceptance allows me to be treated as a child of God though I often fall short of that position. I thank You for Your forgiveness and cleansing each time I fall and return to You in repentance. Thank You for such wonderful LOVE!

Day 73

How wonderful that God did not make me a robot but gave me free will. Free will to choose His will, His best and His purpose for my life. Thank You Dear Heavenly Father that I can choose to follow You with all my heart.

Day 72

Thank You God that I can rejoice in all circumstances. In good times as well as trying times. Lord thank You that real joy is irrespective of circumstances. Hallelujah, I rejoice in You!

Day 71

Thank You God for helping me each day to grow in faith and increase in love. May my disciples have growing faith and increasing love each day too. I thank You for them and what you are doing in them.

Day Seventy

Thank You Lord for lifting my daily burdens. Truly walking with You by my side and following You as You lead is so wonderful. Being able to lift my cares and worries to You each day is too marvelous for words. Thank You!

Thank You Lord for a brand new day. Each day is a fresh beginning with You: to commune with You, to walk with You, to talk to You and to listen to You. Thank You for today!

I rejoice that my God has given me a physical heart that beats well and a spiritual heart that yearns to be with Him daily. Thank You for the power of Your resurrection daily in my life.

I am grateful for the precious Blood of Christ that was shed for me. I am under the protective power of the Blood each day. Thank You Lord Jesus for shedding Your Blood for me.

Day 66

Thank You Lord for giving me a musical ear and a voice to sing praise unto You. Thank You for the ability to play the guitar and to use it in worship. Thank You for the joy that music can bring.

I thank You Lord for making me 'me'! It's so wonderful to know that my Creator made me unique, one of a kind, never has been and never will be another just exactly like me. Thank You God for Your wonderful creation - 'me'!

Day 64

Thank You for giving strong legs to walk, run and jump. Truly it is You who gives strength to the weary and power to the weak. Hallelujah!

Thank You Dear Lord for giving me understanding and revelation of Your Word.
Thank You for Your Precious Logos which feeds my soul and spirit. Through it I am refreshed, renewed and revived.

Day 62

Lord, I thank You for Your faithfulness that helps me to be faithful to You and to others. Yes, truly the need for faithfulness increases as the Day draws near. Thank You that I can remain faithful because You enable me.

Day 61

Thank You for the cell members. Even for those who have left or are leaving. Lord, Your Kingdom comes first and not mine. May they, those current and past, always seek You and Your will to do it. Thank You that You build Your church Your way and in Your time.

Day Sixty

Thank You for answered prayers. Thank You for guidance and leading me to the right way. Thank You for help from unexpected quarters. Thank You for working out good even in seemingly bad situation.

Day 59

I praise the Lord that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. My Creator God knows who and what I should be before I was even born. At conception, He already knew me.
How wonderful to know that My God loves me. Thank You.

Day 58

Thank You Lord for the resurrection life that you give. Truly it is a supernatural life that cannot be humanly understood. That I should die to my old life and resurrected again to a new life in Christ. Amazing! Thank You!

Day 57

Thank You for Your unconditional acceptance of me. You made me, redeemed me and now is transforming me from inside out. I am grateful that You accept me into Your family because of my trust in Jesus Your Son.

Day 56

Thank You Lord Jesus for enabling me to make peace with God so that I can have the peace of God that passes all human understanding. Thank You that with Your Blood You reconcile me to Yourself and hence I now have the privilege to receive Your Peace for all circumstances. I am truly grateful to experience this peace daily.

Day 55

Thank You Lord for granting wisdom and knowledge to me to do the things that You have planned for me each day. Truly I am grateful that Your wisdom and knowledge imparted to me is timely and effective. Praise You Lord!

Day 54

Thank You Lord for the trials You allow in my life to strengthen and build me up. Jesus went through trials when He was on earth so I too His disciple will go through some of them. Thank You though that You enable me to overcome victoriously through all trials as You have given me the Holy Spirit to empower me. Amen and amen!

Day 53

Dear God, thank You for loving me as no earthly father can. You truly are my Heavenly Father whose love for me is unending and unconditional. Your Love is higher than any mountain and deeper than any sea. I bow in awe at Your love for me.

Day 52

Thank You Lord for helping me with my work. Teaching is a calling that You have put in my heart. This passion to teach is truly a gift that You have given me. For that I am thankful.

Day 51

I am thankful that God is patient with me. So I am glad that He now enables me to be patient through the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank You Lord for enabling me to walk each day trusting You and making me able to be patient with others.

Day Fifty

Thank You Lord for providing my financial needs. Even through the tough time during the late 80's, you were there providing all the needs of my family and I. I am grateful that truly You, who feed the birds and clothed the lilies, ALWAYS will provide because You love me. THANK YOU!

Day 49

I am grateful Lord for the fruit of the Spirit of which self-control is a facet. Truly Lord no man can have complete or perfect self-control but only through the Holy Spirit. Thank You Holy Spirit for birthing self-control in me. I am now daily experiencing a Spirit-controlled life.

Day 48

Thank You Lord for You are God and there is NONE other. Praise You for who You are for YOU are Jehovah God, the Great I AM, the beginning and the end. There is NO God except the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY!

Day 47

Thank You Lord that You control all of nature and Your mercy is shown despite all the calamities that has happened. I am grateful that You care for Your creation so much that You have bound its redemption with that of man. A new heaven and earth is being prepared when this world ends. Hallelujah to the Mighty Creator!

Day 46

Thank You Lord I truly feel secure in You daily. Your protective hands lead me through difficult and dangerous situations sometimes without my knowledge nor understanding. Thank You for the angels that minister to my and my family's safety and well-being daily.

Day 45

Thank You Holy Spirit for opening my mind to understand Your Word. Thank You for granting me a desire to read and obey Your Word. Thank You that Your Word is so refreshing that each day when I read it, it revives, restores and renews my spirit, soul and body.

Day 44

O how magnificent and glorious is the Love of God which is now shed abroad in my heart by the Holy Spirit. I can never know nor experience such love from a humanistic view but only supernaturally. Thank You Lord for allowing me a glimpse of such unconditional and all encompassing love. Praise be to God for His Love for me!

Day 43

Thank You dear Holy Spirit for guiding, leading, teaching, training and helping me daily. Without You I will not be able to live a victorious Christian life. How truly wonderful You are as Counselor, Advocate and Helper. Hallelujah!

Day 42

Thank You Lord for giving me a wife who loves You and submits to me as she submits to You. I am glad and rejoice that You are helping me to love her as Christ loves the church. Thank You for blessing our marriage with Your Love.

Day 41

Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised!
Thank You that You are a great God who does mighty things for your creation.
Thank You that You are a mighty God who does wonderful things for your people.
Thank You that You are a wonderful God who does great things for me, your child.

Praise God through whom all blessings flow.

Day 39

I am grateful for the Lord's peace that passes understanding. In the midst of difficulties, I have received much peace. Thank You Lord that the peace You promised to those who trust You is real and reassuring. Despite the chaos in the world, You are truly my peace. Hallelujah!

Day 38

Thank You Holy Spirit for daily giving me joy. What unspeakable joy in the midst of difficult trials! What incomparable gladness when faced with much stress! What incomprehensible rejoicing in the pressures of life! Hallelujah!

Day 37

How amazing and deep is the Love God has for me! Thank You Lord for this love that encompasses me day in day out.
May I ever be grateful for Your deeds done to and for me in Your Mighty Love.
May I rejoice in Your banner of love over me giving me strength to love others.
May I always give thanks and praise for You ARE LOVE.

Day 36

Thank You Lord for the Cross for by that cruel cross where You died for me, I have died to sin. I am born again through Your precious Blood that was shed for me on that cross. When they nailed You to that cross, it was my sins that put You there.
I was guilty but You have forgiven and justified me.
I was sinful but You have made me righteous and holy before You.
I was dead but You made me new and alive again.
Thank You for dying for me on that cross! I am eternally grateful.

Day 35

Lord I thank You for the many answered prayers and for those yet to be answered. I thank You that there were prayers where the waiting times were long but through them, you have moulded me to have patience and perseverance. I am grateful that you are a Prayer-ANSWERING God whose answers of yes, no and wait are always for my good.

Day 34

Thank You Lord Jesus for your willingness to come from heaven to earth to be incarnated as a human; live a perfect sinless life, die for my redemption and then was raised again for my salvation. O how wonderful and amazing is Your Infinite Love for me. Hallelujah!

Day 33

I am grateful for the 32 years that I have trusted the Lord and He has been my constant help and provider. God is good all the time and all the time He is good! Thank You Lord Jesus for being my shepherd for more than three decades.

Day 32

It is so marvelous to know the Lord is OMNIPRESENT. Thank You Lord that You are everywhere but thank You most of all that You have manifested Your Presence and will continue to do so for me. This has made me feel secure and safe because truly Your rod and staff, they comfort me.

Day 31

Thank You Lord for giving me a heart that is tender before You, a faithful heart to follow You and a willing heart to walk with You daily. I am grateful that Your faithfulness towards me is constant and because of this, I can remain faithful towards You as You will never change Your love towards me.

Day Thirty

Thank You Lord for a smooth lasik operation and for working out your plans so marvellously yesterday. Lord truly my life is in Your Hands and You lift my burdens from me. THANK YOU!

Day 29

Thank You Lord for giving me eternal life. Such a wonderful gift that I do not deserve nor can I ever work to gain. Life that last forever, and forever living in the sweet Presence of the Lord. Thank You for this immeasurable gift!

Day 28

This is the day the Lord has made and I will be glad and rejoice in it. Thank You Lord for each day of my life over the more than five decades that you have given me life. Each day has been a blessing and gift from You to live out Your plans and purpose for my life. I am eternally grateful for Your Hand of protection and power over each day of my life.

Day 27

Thank You Lord for Your faithfulness. You remain faithful though times I have not be faithful. Though I have at times allow fear instead of faith to rise in my heart, You came to give me assurance that You are faithful and will lead me through as I cling on to You.

Day 26

Thank You Lord for answering prayers! Yes even prayers that were uttered long ago but through the passage of time and the period of waiting, were forgotten or when it seemed that the answer will not come to pass, yet You never forgot but in Your time You granted the request in Your way. All GLORY to God who answers prayers!

Day 25

God is good all the time and all the time God is good. Yes Lord, You are good all the time, through all seasons of life because that is Your nature. YOU ARE GOOD BECAUSE YOU ARE GOD. Thank You for your goodness that reach out to me and provide all that is good for my life.

Day 24

Thank God for providing for my daily basic needs of food, drink, clothing and shelter. I am grateful for these provisions and may I not take them for granted. God, You feed the birds of the air and clothe the lilies of the field, hence I can trust You to provide for my needs and You have done so all these years.

Day 23

Thank You Father God for your AMAZING LOVE that you created me, redeemed me and now is transforming me.
Thank You Lord Jesus for your ABIDING GRACE that you died for my sins, you rose for my salvation and now is interceding for my sanctification.
Thank You Holy Spirit for your ACCOMPANYING FELLOWSHIP that you fill me with joy, lead me with boldness and change me with love.

Day 22

Thank You Lord for the human heart. How wonderful is this muscle that sends blood (life source) throughout the body. Thank You for giving me a physical heart that functions well and also a spiritual heart that pulsates with new life because of faith in Jesus Christ. O what a wonderful heart change when You came into my life and I was born again!

Day 21

Praise God that He guides daily. What a wonderful God who does not have to be appeased nor appealed using myriad offerings and sacrifices. "Just ASK" is His invitation. Thank You Lord for guiding me daily and leading me with Your still small voice and Your Word.

Day Twenty

Praise God for the Blood of Jesus shed for me. With His Blood, I have cleansing and forgiveness, healing and wholeness, power and protection, life and purpose, righteousness and justification, transformation and sanctification. How wonderful is the Blood - thank you Lord Jesus for your love for me!

Day Nineteen

Praise the Lord that He has given me His Written Word and have open my spiritual eyes to see the precious promises, wonderful wisdom and marvelous mysteries contain in it.
Thank You Lord for granting access to the Bible - how good it is to read Your Word and meditate on it. How uplifting it is to apply it and walk in it.

Day Eighteen

Thank God for music and songs. Truly how silent and dead would be the world without music and songs. I thank the Lord for giving me a musical ear to hear and express in worship through songs and music the infinite God and His creation.

Day Seventeen

Often I forget that You Lord are to be thanked and praised for WHO you are and not just for WHAT you have done. Yes today I praise You and thank You for WHO you are - the God who is, who was and who is to come - the Everlasting Father, Almighty, the Great I AM, the Way, the Truth, the Life, the Wonderful Counsellor, the Prince of Peace, the Lord of lords, the King of kings, the Creator, Sustainer, Transformer of all the earth. O how great and good is my God!

Day Sixteen

When things don't go well and problems seem to multiply; God, You are still GOOD and your mercies endure forever. I thank You for days like these when I can trust You though the waves of trials seem to come furiously to consume me. I know You hold me by the hand to walk through these circumstances and come out victorious!

Day Fifteen

Thank God for His help in my career. How He placed in me a calling to teach making it my life's vocation. When one has found a job that is no longer just a job but a calling to which you enjoy putting effort in, how wonderful the feeling that you are now doing what you were made to do. I am grateful that in these 23 years of teaching, I have found His grace and daily help in my work.

Day Fourteen

It's amazing grace how God sent Jesus to die for me while I was yet unborn.
How He came to a small town to find me when there was no prior believer in the family generations before me.
How He protected me through my childhood years till the day I finally was awakened spiritually to seek Him.
How He kept me from falling away completely through my adolescence and led me back to Himself when I was 19.
How He baptised me with the Holy Spirit and gave me tongues to worship Him.
How He gave me a group of believing friends to encourage and help me to grow.
Lord, THANK YOU!

Day Thirteen

It's wonderful to know that God cares and protects me. Ever since I acknowledge Him as my Lord and Saviour, He has made known His protection to me. I believe that even before I came to believe Him, He has protected me. I remember the time that I almost died in a road accident, but yet He sent His angels to help and deliver. I walked away with a hairline fracture and some stitches. Praise be to God for His protective care!

Day Twelve

How true it is that God never fails. His love for me is everlasting. Thank you Lord that You see me through all circumstances - You ALWAYS make things work out for my good. Hallelujah! What a Saviour!

Day Eleven

I am grateful for the cell group. This group of men who have stood with me voluntarily over the years. Thank you Lord for what you have done to and through the group - all your blessings and lessons.

Day Ten

I am thankful for the gift of children in my life. My children have been a blessing to my wife and I. Thank you Lord for my son who has grown to be a mature man of God while my daughter too have become a woman of God with a healthy self-image.

Day Nine

I am thankful for God's daily forgiveness and cleansing. I am most aware that daily I need His forgiveness as I messed up and how freely He gives it as soon as I confess and turn back to Him. Daily keeping short accounts with Him makes life so free from the burden of guilt and commendation.

Day Eight

Thank you Lord for people you bring into my life. I am grateful for my wife who has been my faithful companion for the past 26 years. Truly he who finds a (good) wife, finds what is good! (Prov 18:22)

Day Seven

I am grateful for the ability to hear and appreciate music and songs which bring joyful emotions and peaceful feelings. How wonderful is our Creator who enables many of His people to create and bring forth praise and worship songs that lifts our spirits. Hallelujah!

Day Six

Thank you Lord for my daily bread. Truly you have wonderfully and faithfully provided for all my needs these 32 years of walking with You and even before I became a follower, You have unconditionally supplied my needs.

Day Five

Thank the Lord for His unconditional love for me. His Love Never Fails. I can love because I am loved by Him.

Day Four

It's great to be in health. Thank you Lord for blessing me with health. Truly every organ and tissue of my body functions according to how You designed it to function.

Day Three

Praise the Lord for His daily grace and mercy. Grace for tasks done well and Mercy for mistakes made. Surely His goodness and mercy follow me all the days of my life!

Day Two

Thank the Lord that I can see! How wonderful is the sense of sight, how marvelously created are the eyes.
 Each day to see what God has created with all its hues and colours, I am grateful.

Day One

I am thankful for the air I breathe. That I can breathe is truly an amazing gift. Thank you God for giving me air that I can breathe and lungs that work well.
