Day 241

Thank You O Lord that the day is Yours, and Yours also the night. You are the Truth, The Way and The Life yet how foolish people have reviled Your name. May the poor and needy praise Your name. I give thanks to You, O God, I give thanks, for Your Name is near. I tell of Your wonderful deeds for it is You who judge accurately. You bring one down, You exalt another. I will sing praise to You.

Day 240

Thank You that I am always with You and that You hold me by my right hand. You guide me with Your counsel, and afterward You will take me into glory. Whom have I in heaven but You? And earth has nothing I desire besides You. My flesh and my heart may fail, but You are the strength of my heart and my portion forever. As for me, it is good to be near God. I have made the Sovereign LORD my refuge. Praise the Lord!

Day 239

Thank You that You are my help and my deliverer. In You, O LORD, I have taken refuge. You are my rock of refuge, to which I can always go. You give the command to save me, for You are my rock and my fortress. For You have been my hope, O Sovereign LORD, my confidence since my youth. You brought me forth from my mother's womb. I will ever praise You. My mouth is filled with Your praise, declaring Your splendour all day long. But as for me, I will always have hope. I will praise You more and more. My mouth will tell of Your righteousness, of Your salvation all day long, though I know not its measure. Since my youth, O God, You have taught me, and to this day I declare Your marvelous deeds. Even when I am old and grey, do not forsake me, O God, till I declare Your power to the next generation, Your might to all who are to come. You will increase my honour and comfort me once again. Who, O God, is like You? None! Hallelujah!

Day 238

Thank You O Lord that though You know my folly and my guilt is not hidden from You, You still love me and forgive me when I confess them to You. May those who hope in You not be disgraced because of me, O Lord, the LORD Almighty; may those who seek You not be put to shame because of me. I pray to You, O LORD, in the time of Your favour; in Your great love, O God, You answer me with Your sure salvation. Thank You that You answer me, O LORD, out of the goodness of Your love and in Your great mercy You turn to me. I will praise Your name in song and glorify You with thanksgiving. The poor will see and be glad. All who seek God, their hearts live! Hallelujah!

Day 237

Thank You O Lord that You are gracious to us and blessed us and made Your face shine upon us. Thank You that Your ways are known on earth, Your salvation among all nations. A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is You in Your holy dwelling. You have set the lonely in families. You led forth the prisoners with singing. Praise be to You, our Saviour, who daily bears our burdens. Our God is a God who saves. From You, our Sovereign LORD, comes escape from death. You are awesome, O God, in Your sanctuary. You give power and strength to Your people. Praise be to God!

Day 236

Thank You O Lord that when I was overwhelmed by sins, You forgave my transgressions. Blessed are those You choose and bring near to live in Your courts! I am filled with the good things of Your house, O God my Savior, the hope of all the ends of the earth. Thank You that all humanity can come and see what God has done, how awesome His works in man's behalf! All can come and listen, all who fear God. I rejoice and tell others what You have done for me. I cried out to You with my mouth; Your praise was on my tongue. Praise be to You, Jesus, who has not rejected my prayer or withheld Your love from me!

Day 235

Thank You O God for You are my God. Earnestly I seek You; my soul thirsts for You, my body longs for You for I have seen You in the sanctuary and beheld Your power and Your glory. Because Your love is better than life, my lips will glorify You. I will praise You as long as I live, and in Your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with the richest of foods; with singing lips my mouth will praise You. On my bed I remember You; I think of You through the watches of the night. Because You are my help, I sing in the shadow of Your wings. My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me. Thank You, O, thank You!

Day 234

Thank You Lord that You give me aid against the enemy, for the help of man is worthless. With God I will gain the victory, and He will trample down my enemies. Thank You that You lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For You have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. My soul finds rest in You alone; my salvation comes from You. You alone are my rock and my salvation; You are my fortress, I will never be shaken. My hope comes from You. Thank You that my salvation and my honour depend on You. I trust in You at all times. I pour out my heart to You for You, O God, are strong, and that You, O Lord, are loving. Surely You will reward me according to what I have done. Hallelujah!

Day 233

Thank You Lord that I can sing of Your strength. In the morning I will sing of Your love; for You are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble. O my Strength, I sing praise to You. You, O God, are my fortress, my loving God.

Day 232

Thank You Lord that in You, whose word I praise, in You I trust. I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to me? For You have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before You in the light of life.I will take refuge in the shadow of Your wings until the disaster has passed. You fulfill Your purpose for me. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens. Let Your glory be over all the earth. My heart is steadfast, O Lord, my heart is steadfast. I will sing and make music. I will praise You, O Lord, among the nations. I will sing of You among the peoples. For great is Your love, reaching to the heavens and Your faithfulness to the skies. Hallelujah!
